The event will proceed, showcasing the finest talent Ireland has to offer, including my teammates and the next generation of Irish MMA. I will return as quickly as humanly possible. The obstacle is the way."

Currently, it remains unclear whether Wilson will receive a substitute opponent or if the PFL will restructure the main event for PFL Belfast. Regarding Hughes' recovery timeline, he could potentially be out of action for the remainder of the year, contingent on the extent of his unspecified injury.
